William Kennedy, PhD, Receives NIH F32 Fellowship Award

Published: Tuesday, October 6, 2026

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — October 6, 2026 — William Kennedy, PhD, a postdoctoral trainee in the Geroscience Training Program in Oklahoma, has received a Notice of Award for an NIH F32 Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award Individual Postdoctoral Fellowship.

The F32 is a competitive NIH fellowship that supports promising postdoctoral researchers as they build the skills and research record needed to become independent scientists. Kennedy has been supported by the T32 training program through the Center for Geroscience and Healthy Brain Aging. His transition to the F32 opens that training slot for another member of the geroscience community.

The Center for Geroscience and Healthy Brain Aging congratulates Kennedy on this achievement.
