Center for Geroscience and Healthy Brain Aging

Science now proposes that aging may act as an important factor in nearly all diseases and health conditions. To explore this emerging field – known as geroscience – and provide individualized care for you and your loved ones, OU Health brings experts together at the Oklahoma Center for Geroscience and Healthy Brain Aging in Oklahoma City to conduct basic science and translational research that expands the bench-to-bedside connections between new discoveries and the care you receive as a patient.

Through better understanding of the aging process, diseases of aging, memory issues and age-related cognitive disorders, effects of aging on the brain and ways to support healthy aging, you benefit from improved care and treatment that helps maintain the best possible quality of life.
