Geroscience Training Program in Oklahoma

The Geroscience Training Program in Oklahoma is an NIH-funded T32 program dedicated to preparing the next generation of scientists to advance the biology of aging. Through interdisciplinary research, dual mentorship, quantitative training, and structured career development, trainees gain the skills needed to investigate the mechanisms that drive aging, resilience, and age-related disease while building successful independent research careers.

The goal of the program is to prepare predoctoral and postdoctoral researchers for independent careers in aging research. Through interdisciplinary training, dual mentorship, quantitative skill development, and grant-writing experience, trainees gain the expertise needed to advance our understanding of aging, resilience, and age-related disease.
