MACI Core

The Molecular Analysis and Cellular Imaging (MACI) Core supports advanced cellular and molecular research through cutting-edge single-cell and imaging technologies. The core offers services such as single-cell sample preparation, cell sorting, and next-generation sequencing using 10x Genomics platforms, as well as spatial transcriptomics capabilities. It also provides advanced cellular imaging technologies, enabling detailed visualization and analysis of molecular processes at high resolution, supporting both basic and translational research applications.
